Mrs. Gosewehr grew up in the Dallas Metroplex. She graduated from Plano East Senior High in 2001 and completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Baylor University in 2005. After completing her undergraduate education, she received a scholarship from Notre Dame Law School and briefly moved out of state to obtain her law degree. While in law school, Mrs. Gosewehr competed on Notre Dame’s Mock Trial Team and also completed a clerkship at the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. She was actively involved in various organizations and served as treasurer for Legal Voices for Children and Youth and as the Vice President of the Christian Legal Society.
Since graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 2008, Mrs. Gosewehr’s entire practice has centered around trial work, and she has secured favorable outcomes in an array of personal injury lawsuits. Before joining the Law Offices of Sean Chalaki, P.C., Mrs. Gosewehr spent six years representing defendants in personal injury cases. Her experience working closely with insurance companies to defend against personal injury claims gave her a thorough understanding of how insurance companies evaluate personal injury claims. Mrs. Gosewehr uses this knowledge in combination with her extensive litigation experience to secure the best outcome for individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others.
