Mr. Robert C Alvarez was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, a small border town. He moved to San Antonio, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2011 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and minor in Business Administration. His academic focus was on business. He additionally graduated with a Concentration in Economic Criminal Investigation. After completing his undergraduate degrees, he received an academic scholarship and attended Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas to complete his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Mr. Alvarez was active in many organizations such as Public Interest Law Fellowship, Texas A&M Journal of Property, and Hispanic Law Student Association. He was granted permission by the Texas Board of Law Examiners to sit for the Texas Bar Exam while still in law school, and he successfully passed on his first attempt. Throughout his law school education he also served as an intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defenders in the Northern District of Texas, and as a legal assistant with an oil/gas law firm.

Since graduating from Texas A&M School of Law in 2015, Mr. Alvarez has focused on trial litigation. He has practiced in Dallas, Tarrant, Hood, Denton, Collin, Ellis, Wise, Kaufman, Navarro, and Webb counties. His extensive litigation experience is apparent from his 32 trials with a verdict within the first year. Additionally, Mr. Alvarez has had hearings and appearances before all thirteen Dallas District Judges, all three Tarrant County Court Judges, and many others. His experience extends beyond the courthouse, as Mr. Alvarez has conducted over 75 meditations as Plaintiff’s Counsel, in which he advocated for his clients in attempts to settle against insurance companies outside of court. His continued success is based on his knowledge and experience litigating against large insurance companies for those individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others.
