Mr. Hashemi will be the newest Principal at Chalaki Law, P.C.! Over the years, Mr. Hashemi and Mr. Chalaki have litigated several cases together and have received favorable results for their clients. After their most recent victory in a wrongful death case against a major construction company in Dallas they both decided that a merger could benefit their clients. Mr. Hashemi is a construction professional engineer, whom prior to joining the legal community worked in the construction industry for over a decade as a project manager for a general contractor. Mr. Hashemi’s construction experience involves commercial retail, religious, entertainment, healthcare, laboratory, and higher education. Mr. Hashemi prides himself in having worked with several high profile clients such as Texas Tech University, UT Southwestern, The Parkland Hospital, JC Penney, Kohl’s, Starplex, ShowBiz Cinemas, Alamo Draft House, Ben E. Keith, The Avenue Baptist Church, and Baylor Surgicare. After joining the legal community he defended construction builders, general contractors, and subcontractors in residential and commercial construction defect claims in state and federal courts.
