Chalaki Law is a well recognized Personal Injury Litigation law firm in Dallas, Texas. The law firm serves clients throughout Texas and takes a team approach towards their client’s legal issues. Establishing trust among clients and the community. The firm is involved with many non-profit organization, local businesses, and has contributed thousands of dollars to the local community. Chalaki Law P.C. is honored to announce the first annual Chalaki Law National Scholarship.

Spring 2018 Scholarship

The winner will receive $500 toward their educational expenses.

Key Dates

  • Begin accepting applications on August 1, 2017.

Summer 2018 Scholarship

The winner will receive $500 toward their educational expenses.

In order to be eligible for the Chalaki Law Group National Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Applicant must have earned a high school diploma or GED
  • Applicant must hold a 3.5 or higher overall GPA
  • Applicant must be a US citizen
  • Applicant must live within the US
  • Required College or University Location: College or University must be within the US

    Unofficial Transcript

    As the preliminary screening takes place, an unofficial transcript from your most recent schooling is required. If our team decides that you may be a potential winner, you will be contacted and asked to mail or electronically send an official, unopened transcript to ultimately prove the provided information on the unofficial transcript was correct, and you meet all of the requirements. Please do not initially send the official copies.

    Current Proof of Enrollment

    Examples: Enrollment verification letter, acceptance letter, course registration for upcoming semester, etc.

    Completed Your Live Blog Essay

    In 500-800 words, write about ONE of the following:

    • A defining moment in your life that made you want to pursue a college career.
    • How will you make an impact on society once you earn your degree?
    • If you had the power to change society: what would it be and why?

Scholarship Deadline & Submission Information

The completed application and essay must be submitted no later than the set Application Deadline. There will be absolutely no exceptions.

The decision is decided by a committee of 3 people at Chalaki Law. There will be one winner per each scholarship category for the year the application was submitted. Past scholarship recipients are not eligible for any and all other terms or scholarship category for any subsequent years from the initial date they won.

Please note:

The scholarship must be applied to tuition and other education-related expenses. A check will be made payable to the recipient’s educational institution directly. You are expected to submit any receipts to remain in compliance with the IRS.

Submitting your application hereby gives Chalaki Law permission to use your Introduction and / or your Blog Essay as well as your picture for the firm’s various marketing platforms, including but not limited to our National Scholarship blog, social media accounts, and website. We will never ask to share information on your application form, as that is considered completely confidential.
