Dallas raised and a Notre Dame Law School graduate, attorney Rocio Gosewehr, raises the bar for litigation. She has dedicated her legal career around trial work and litigation. Rocio has secured favorable outcomes in an array of Personal Injury Lawsuits.
Mrs. Rocio Gosewehr grew up in the Dallas metroplex. She graduated from Plano East Senior High in 2001 and completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Baylor University in 2005. After completing her undergraduate education, she received a scholarship from Notre Dame Law School and briefly moved out of state to obtain her law degree. While in law school, Mrs. Rocio Gosewehr competed on Notre Dame’s Mock Trial Team. She completed a clerkship at the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. She was actively involved in various organizations. She served as Vice President of the Christian Legal Society and treasurer for Legal Voices for Children and Youth.
Since graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 2008, Mrs. Rocio Gosewehr’s entire practice has centered around trial work. She has secured favorable outcomes in an array of personal injury lawsuits. Before joining the Chalaki Law, PC, Mrs. Rocio Gosewehr spent six years representing defendants in personal injury cases. Rocio’s experience working closely with insurance companies to defend against personal injury claims gave her a thorough understanding of how personal injury claims are evaluated by insurance companies. Mrs. Rocio Gosewehr is now able to use her knowledge of how claims are evaluated by insurance companies and her extensive litigation experience to secure the best outcome for individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others.
